IMBD Agency Ltd offers a range of services including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Development, Video Production, Creative Solutions, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services as specified in the proposal or agreement provided by IMBD Agency Ltd. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, access, and approvals required for the successful delivery of the Services. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables provided by IMBD Agency Ltd. IMBD Agency Ltd retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
IMBD Agency Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
