Social Media Marketing Manager – Paid Intern

Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Marketing Manager Intern at IMBD Agency Ltd. We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency, looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their careers in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the social media platforms of clients under supervision.
  • Support in implementing digital marketing & sales plans.
  • Assist in creating and designing banners, images, and promotions for social media and other required platforms.
  • Aid in content creation for various digital channels.
  • Assist in monitoring clients’ social media platforms and reporting insights.
  • Support the team in implementing and managing the company’s social media accounts.
  • Assist in generating creative content ideas and online marketing strategies.
  • Assist in creating monthly progress reports.
  • Support in conducting competitor analysis and creative idea generation.
  • Assist in communicating with clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and standard computer efficiency.
  • Must be proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with remote work and virtual communication is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Advanced situational judgment ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must maintain open communication with the team during office hours.
