Executive (Lead Management) Work from Home

The Executive, (Lead Management) will be responsible for overseeing the management and conversion of online sales leads. You will execute strategies to effectively handle and nurture leads from facebook & Other Social Media. This role requires close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that leads are managed efficiently and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.”

Slot-2: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

✅ Weekend: Slot-1: Friday
Slot-2: Saturday

✅ Experience Requirements:
✔ 1 to 3 years. (Telemarketing, Lead Nursing)

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads from various sources including marketing campaigns, referrals, facebook and website inquiries.
Meeting Booking:

  • Schedule appointments Online Meeting for the sales team on a daily basis.
  • Manage and optimize the scheduling process to ensure timely and efficient meetings.
  • Communicate with leads to confirm meeting details and provide necessary information ahead of scheduled appointments.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to ensure high conversion rate by Sales.
Reporting: Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on regular activities
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
