IMBD Agency Ltd built the IMBD Office Tasks app as an internal tool for our employees and authorized personnel. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

a. Authentication Data (CRM Login)
To access the app, you must log in using your existing company CRM credentials. This information is used strictly to authenticate your identity and sync your assigned tasks securely from our internal CRM servers.
b. Microphone Permission and Voice Memos
Our app includes a “Voice Memo” feature that allows you to record short audio notes for your daily tasks. To use this feature, the app requires access to your device’s Microphone.
c. Local Storage (Daily To-Do & Voice Memos)
Any text-based daily tasks you create in the “To-Do” tab, as well as your Voice Memos, are saved entirely on your device’s local storage. This data remains on your phone and is not synced to our CRM or external servers.
d. CRM Task Data
The app fetches pending and completed tasks, deadlines, and assignee details from our company’s CRM. This data is displayed for your productivity purposes and is handled securely within our internal network.
Since IMBD Office Tasks is an internal corporate application, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or app data to outside parties. Data is strictly communicated between the app and our secure internal CRM servers for operational purposes only.
We value your trust in providing us with your personal and professional information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since this is an internal corporate application, it is intended only for working professionals and company employees.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
