Accounts Manager

We are a fast-paced marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for client projects, create invoices, keep payment records, bill collection from clients, Track records of company expenses, and maintain all banking-related issues.Β 
  • Perform general ledger and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support for internal and external audit activities.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records for agency operations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting for client projects.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for financial management within the agency.
  • Monthly VAT return submission.Β 
  • Salary diverse to employee accounts and managing deductions, incentives and others.
  • Preparing a financial report asked by top management.Β 
  • Any other related task assigned by the top management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: We are preferring 1 year or more working experience.
  • Accounting knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • CRM proficiency: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client information, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Data analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make informed decisions.
  • Bookkeeping: Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Ability to create and manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
  • VAT & Taxation: Knowledge of tax laws and regulations and ability to prepare and file tax and VAT returns.
  • Reporting: Ability to generate financial reports and communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and managing financial data.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a can-do attitude.
  • Have to work as a project manager where necessary.
  • Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications.
  • Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good in English
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Employment Status: Full-time at the office

Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months

Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

NB: There will be a 1- 2 months provisional period when we will pay 60% to 70% of the salary.
