Front Desk Executive/Receptionist (Female)

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and have a welcoming demeanor.


  • Welcome and acknowledge each and every visitor/guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
  • Maintain records of guest visits in visitors’ logs and maintain office phone list to help visitors and employees in all communication.
  • Answer phone calls take messages and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of company information and materials.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Any other related task assigned by the top management.

Requirments & Skills:

  • We Will prioritize experienced candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good in English speaking and understanding.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Educational Requirments:

Bachelor’s degree completed from any reputed institute ( If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background)

Additional Requirments:

  • Must possess a can-do attitude.
  • Have to work as a project manager where necessary.
  • Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications.
  • Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Salary Details:

– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: Office

– 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable (12k-15k Starting)

Employment Status: Full-time at the office

Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months

Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

NB: There will be a 1-3 months provisional period when we will pay 50% to 70% of the salary.
