Sales Executive

IMBD Agency Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their career in sales and digital marketing. You will be trained and mentored by senior sales professionals and learn the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients through calls, messages, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct professional sales conversations, understand client needs, and propose IMBD’s digital marketing solutions.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and service explanations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with strategy, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, client handling, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and performance-based work.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and hungry for growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM, Excel, and communication tools.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree ongoing or completed in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you can prove sales ability.

Salary & Other Details:

  • Workspace: Office (On-site)
  • Employment Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable starting from 20,000 BDT
  • Provisional / Training Period: 3 months with 70 percent to 80 percent salary during this period
  • Compensation & Benefits: As per company policy with performance-based growth opportunities
